Inappropriate Behavior and Rule Violations
Harassment
AKgirls.cz supports the sharing of opinions and discussions on controversial topics, but user safety is our priority. Harassment and any violent behavior are not tolerated.
Bullying
Behavior, communication, or content targeting an individual for bullying is prohibited on AKgirls.cz. Examples of bullying include, but are not limited to:

Dogpiling is a form of harassment where a group of people coordinates attacks on an individual online with the intent to intimidate or humiliate them. AKgirls.cz prohibits such behavior.
Doxxing
Doxxing refers to the release of an individual’s personal information (e.g., address, phone number, banking details, medical records) without their consent. This act can lead to emotional distress, physical harm, job loss, or identity theft. AKgirls.cz strictly prohibits any form of doxxing.
Unauthorized Sharing of Intimate Images
AKgirls.cz has a zero-tolerance policy for the non-consensual sharing of intimate images, including sexual or pornographic photos or videos of individuals.
Swatting
Swatting is the act of intentionally making a false report of a serious incident (e.g., bomb threat, hostage situation, active shooter) to emergency services. This extremely dangerous behavior is strictly prohibited on AKgirls.cz.
Threats and Incitement to Violence
AKgirls.cz takes threats of violence and incitement to physical harm very seriously. Prohibited behavior includes, but is not limited to:
- planning or publicly stating an intention to commit a violent act,
- soliciting advice on carrying out violent acts,
- encouraging or advocating violence against individuals or groups.
Exceptions include figurative or joking statements (e.g., “My brother forgot my birthday, I’ll kill him!”).
Spam
Spamming other users or distributing unsolicited advertising content is not allowed on AKgirls.cz.
Suicide and Self-Harm
The safety and well-being of the AKgirls.cz community are our priorities. Any promotion, normalization, guidance, or glorification of suicide or self-harm is prohibited on the platform. This rule applies to:
- photos or videos depicting self-harm,
- text or audio content encouraging such acts,
- tools or objects related to self-harm (e.g., razors, knives).
Hate Speech
AKgirls.cz supports open discussion, but hate speech is not allowed. Hate speech includes serious attacks against individuals or groups based on:
- social status,
- disability,
- ethnicity,
- gender identity,
- immigration status,
- nationality,
- race,
- religion,
- serious health condition,
- sex or sexual orientation.
Prohibited attacks include, but are not limited to, dehumanizing language, harmful stereotypes, and calls for violence, segregation, or exclusion.
Illegal and Regulated Activities
The purpose of AKgirls.cz is not to facilitate or assist in obtaining financial resources for activities related to illegal or regulated matters, such as those listed below.
Criminal Activity
Users involved in criminal activities, including but not limited to violent acts (e.g., murder, sexual violence or exploitation, assault, domestic violence, child or animal abuse), hate crimes, or collaboration with criminal organizations (e.g., drug cartels, gangs), are not allowed on AKgirls.cz. Individuals convicted of criminal activity who have fulfilled the terms of their sentence may use AKgirls.cz, provided they do not share content offering instructions for participating in criminal activities.
Non-criminal violent acts, including consensual violence (e.g., BDSM, kink play, spanking, role-playing), are permitted on AKgirls.cz.
Cryptocurrency
AKgirls.cz was not designed to help users initiate an initial coin offering (ICO) or create an investment scheme. Coins must not be offered as part of an investment system or for the purpose of direct financial gain. Users may not offer discounts, coupons, or vouchers for cryptocurrency.
Financial Advice
Users may not offer financial advisory services on AKgirls.cz that involve taking control of a member's personal finances. Content involving speculation about financial outcomes is allowed, provided no financial compensation is guaranteed.
Company Equity Users may not offer ownership in a business or company as collateral through AKgirls.cz.
Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)
Building or facilitating multi-level marketing initiatives or offering MLM discounts or coupons is not allowed on AKgirls.cz.
Gambling
AKgirls.cz must not be used to provide or access gambling services (e.g., betting, lotteries, casino games, fantasy sports). Works where monetary value (e.g., cash, digital currencies, bitcoin) is exchanged as an entry method are also prohibited. The only official currency and payment method on AKgirls.cz is AK coins.
Military Funding
AKgirls.cz must not be used to finance the purchase of weapons (e.g., firearms, rockets, armor) or any military activity for armed or military forces or groups actively involved in conflict. AKgirls.cz may be used to fund civilian support in conflict zones (e.g., humanitarian or medical aid).
Political Funding
AKgirls.cz must not be used to directly raise funds for political campaigns or related activities (e.g., political action committees, political parties, candidates).
Weapons
Users may not sell or distribute bladed weapons (e.g., swords, daggers, knives, bayonets), firearms, explosives, ammunition, or related weapons on AKgirls.cz. They may not offer discounts, promotions, coupons, or other incentives for purchasing or acquiring weapons, nor may they create instructional works related to weapon manufacturing (e.g., 3D-printed weapons) or modifying weapons.
Dangerous Organizations
AKgirls.cz is built for AK GIRLS as content creators, not to enable or facilitate violence or harm. AKgirls.cz strictly prohibits terrorism and violent extremism on the platform. Content that praises, supports, or represents dangerous organizations or affiliated individuals will be removed from AKgirls.cz, and the user who shared it risks having their account deleted.
These groups include, but are not limited to:
- Terrorists or terrorist organizations: Actors who commit, advocate for, or support violent acts against civilians for political, religious, or ideological purposes.
- Hate groups: Current or historical groups organized to promote ideologies, including but not limited to racism, fascism, antisemitism, or white nationalism.
- Criminal organizations: Groups or individuals engaged in criminal activities, including violent crimes (e.g., torture, murder), kidnappings, human trafficking, drug or arms trafficking. This also includes financial crimes (e.g., money laundering, extortion, fraud).
- Actively engaged in armed conflict: Armed militias or other groups actively involved in conflict, military training, or the purchase of military equipment; as well as individual perpetrators of mass violence.
Rules for Content Creators
The AKgirls.cz company policy is committed to enabling content creators to communicate and share their content with the world. Creator Freedom Engagement Program (CFEP) allows AKgirls.cz to support transparent and open dialogue with AK GIRLS as content creators, develop company policy, and ensure that platform guidelines are modern, comprehensive, and create the most pleasant environment for all AK GIRLS.
The unique CFEP model offers a range of benefits and opportunities for earning on AK GIRLS. However, it also includes additional important rules that must be followed to ensure a safe and fair environment on AKgirls.cz.
Community Rules for AK Girls focus on ensuring that the content shared by AK Girls on their profiles meets our standards and guidelines. These rules apply to all content visible on the model's profile that is accessible to subscribers, including exclusive content for which subscribers must pay additionally. These rules do not apply to private messages and communication, where AK Girls have more freedom in what they share with individual subscribers.
Authentic Behavior and Conduct
Authenticity is a core value at AKgirls.cz. Our platform allows AK GIRLS and AK Club members to build a community where every profile is 100% verified, every relationship is real, and every moment shared with real people. Through strict authenticity control, we ensure that all interactions are genuine, sincere, and safe.
AK GIRLS offer AK Club members original content – from creative works to exclusive benefits, personal communication, and community experiences. To keep the environment safe and authentic, the following rules are strictly monitored. An AK GIRL removed from the platform due to violations may be permanently blocked with no possibility of appeal or creating a new account.
Authenticity
Creators must operate under their real identity. It is forbidden to use anonymous profiles, representatives, or offer unauthentic third-party services. Contests, campaigns, and collaborations with other creators are allowed if they support the natural growth of the profile and fan engagement in the AK Club.
Ban on Deepfakes
Deepfakes are digitally altered media that falsely depict people, events, or scenes. The following types of deepfakes are prohibited on AKgirls.cz:
- Deepfakes used for intimidation, bullying, harassment, or damaging someone's reputation.
- Deepfakes showing people in sexualized scenes they did not participate in.
- Deepfakes using the face or voice of a public figure for fraudulent advertising, phishing, or financial fraud.
Ban on Impersonation
AK GIRLS must not falsely present another person or brand. Prohibited actions include, for example:
- Using someone else's name, username, profile description, or photos.
- False claims that someone is another person or an official representative of AKgirls.cz.
Intellectual Property
Copyright and trademark violations are prohibited on AKgirls.cz. Creators are fully responsible for the content they share and any legal consequences.
