Support

If you want to become an AK GIRL, you must register on AKgirls.cz and go through the introductory manual that will guide you on how our platform works and how to set up your profile. After completing the manual, you can use our platform, join the AKgirls.cz community, and provide and receive goods from your followers through our commercial service. Membership gives your followers access to your content and the ability to directly communicate with you.

Profile Categories

You can focus your profile on what you love. You have the option to customize it and categorize yourself into one of the following three categories: Model, Streamer, or Creator. Each category will offer space for your creations and help attract the right audience. Choose the one that best matches your style!

The MODEL category is for AK GIRLS who want to focus on photography and modeling. The STREAMER category is ideal for those who focus on streaming and entertaining content. The CREATOR category is for artistic creation and other creative projects.

Payments

As a creator, you can earn subscriptions and direct support from your followers on AKgirls.cz. Where supported, we automatically convert prices to the local currency of your followers based on the exchange rate, which can be determined at our exclusive discretion.

Prices are within your control, and you can change them whenever necessary. If you violate our terms or rules or fail to comply with regulations, we may block or withhold access to your funds.

Your Content

Creators retain full ownership of their content. By providing or publishing content on AKgirls.cz, you grant us a free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, sublicensable, worldwide license covering your content, including what you publish, across all formats and channels now known or later developed by AKgirls.cz.

The license is valid for the use, sharing, copying, reproduction, storage, translation, transmission, distribution, conversion, preparation of derivative works, and public display in connection with your name, username, voice, or likeness provided in relation to it.

While it may sound like a lot, it is necessary for us to operate our services, including hosting, sharing content, providing and promoting memberships to your current or potential followers, and enabling additional community features. For clarity, you retain full ownership of your content and what you post on AKgirls.cz; we do not buy your intellectual property rights nor borrow them from you for our profit. We will never try to steal your content, exploit it, or profit from it in any way other than facilitating membership and offers that you have configured on AKgirls.cz.

You agree not to post content or otherwise share posts on AKgirls.cz that infringe intellectual property or ownership rights. AKgirls.cz reserves the right to remove content and other materials that violate AKgirls.cz’s terms and rules, including these Terms of Use and the Community Guidelines. We strictly respond to notices of copyright infringement and appropriately implement a policy for terminating accounts of creators who are subject to repeated copyright infringements or other evidence suggesting repeated violations. Taxes

To ensure that our AK Girls avoid tax-related issues, we offer specialized services to assist with this area. If you are self-employed and run your business under a business ID (IČO), you are solely responsible for your tax obligations, including reporting income, deductions, and VAT.

If you do not have a business license and would like us to handle taxes for you, we will sign a collaboration contract with you, and we will manage all tax obligations on your behalf, so you don’t have to worry about it.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us from all losses and liabilities, including legal fees, arising from or related to your use of AKgirls.cz. We reserve the right to exclusively control the defense of any claim subject to this provision. Your obligation to indemnify under this provision also applies to our subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, employees, agents, and third-party service providers.

Restrictions and Prohibitions

As a creator, you are also responsible for maintaining the security of your followers’ data. You agree to our Privacy Policy. Your account is linked to your creative content and cannot be sold or transferred to another creator.
