The unique CFEP model includes consistent communication with AK GIRLS regarding corporate policies, where our team proposes updates under consideration and solicits direct feedback before finalization. To gather this community input, AKgirls.cz provides AK Girls with dedicated office hours, hosts live-streams, small group discussions, and enables communication with developers within its social network.
The AKgirls.cz team then uses this feedback to create updates and policies before they are implemented.
Authentic Behavior and Representation
Authenticity is the foundation of the AKgirls.cz platform, enabling creators and AK Club members to confidently build a community where every AK GIRL profile is 100% verified, every relationship is genuine, and every moment is shared with real people. Thanks to our personal approach and rigorous authenticity checks, we guarantee that all interactions on our platform are real, sincere, and safe.
AK Girls offer AK Club members original content, including creative works, special benefits, exclusive access, communication, and engaging community experiences. To promote authentic behavior and ensure a safe environment for all, the following rules are strictly monitored and enforced. An AK Girl who is removed from AKgirls.cz for violating these rules may not bypass the appeals process to create a new account and may be permanently banned from our platform.
Authenticity
Creators on our platform must operate under their real name and personal identity. They may not use proxies or anonymous identities. Offering unauthentic activities or third-party services is also prohibited. However, creators are welcome to participate in competitions, campaigns, and collaborations with other creators that support the natural growth of their profile and engagement with fans in the AK Club.
Deepfakes
Deepfakes are manipulated or digitally altered audio, visual, or video works that depict a person, event, or scene in a way that is not real or did not occur.
The following types of deepfakes are prohibited:
- Deepfakes that intimidate, bully, harass, incite violence, or harm the reputation of one or more individuals.
- Deepfakes depicting individuals in sexualized contexts in which they did not participate.
- Deepfakes using the image, likeness, or voice of public figures to deceive through distorted or fraudulent endorsements of products, promotions, phishing, financial fraud, or merchandise sales.
Impersonation
AK Girls may not misrepresent their identity or brand as another person or entity. Examples include, but are not limited to, deceptive use of another person's or entity's name, username, bio, photos, or videos, or falsely claiming to be another person or an "official" AKgirls.cz brand.
Intellectual Property
Violations of intellectual property rights are prohibited on AKgirls.cz. Creators are fully responsible for all content they share on the platform and bear all legal consequences related to potential violations of these rights. AKgirls.cz accepts no liability for the content creators share or for its further sharing, distribution, or presentation, even outside AKgirls.cz, on the internet, or on other social media platforms. Dangerous Organizations
AKgirls.cz is designed for AK GIRLS as content creators, not to enable or facilitate violence or harm. AKgirls.cz strictly prohibits terrorism and violent extremism on the platform. Content that praises, supports, or represents dangerous organizations or affiliated individuals will be removed, and the user sharing such content risks account deletion.
The following groups are included but not limited to:
- Terrorists or terrorist organizations: Actors committing, advocating, or supporting violent acts against civilians for political, religious, or ideological purposes.
- Organized hate groups: Groups promoting ideologies such as racism, fascism, anti-Semitism, or white nationalism.
- Criminal organizations: Groups engaging in criminal activities, including violent crimes (e.g., torture, murder), kidnapping, human trafficking, drug or weapons trafficking, and financial crimes (e.g., money laundering, extortion, fraud).
- Armed conflict participants: Militias or groups involved in conflict, military training, or procurement of military equipment, as well as individual perpetrators of mass violence.
Harassment
Harassment, whether online or in real life, harms people physically and mentally. While AKgirls.cz encourages critical opinions and discussions on controversial issues, safety is our highest priority. Harassment and related violent behavior is not tolerated.
Bullying
Behavior, communication, or content that bullies individuals is prohibited on AKgirls.cz. Actions that qualify as bullying include, but are not limited to, threats of violence, intimidation, ridicule based on sexual history or orientation, sharing humiliating photos or videos, and derogatory images altered with Photoshop.
We do not prohibit users from freely discussing topics of public interest (e.g., debates about current or newsworthy events or controversial issues). AKgirls.cz also allows critical comments directed at public figures and officials (e.g., political candidates, government officials, celebrities). However, content that poses a risk to the physical safety of a public figure and/or violates other AKgirls.cz rules (e.g., hate speech, sexual exploitation) is not allowed.
Dogpiling
Dogpiling is a form of harassment in which a group of people targets an individual online to intimidate or humiliate them. AKgirls.cz strictly prohibits all users from engaging in or encouraging dogpiling.
Doxxing
Doxxing is a form of harassment where someone shares an individual's personal information (e.g., home address, phone number, bank account details, medical information) online without consent. This invasive act can harm individuals both online and offline, potentially leading to emotional distress, physical harm, job loss, or identity theft. AKgirls.cz strictly prohibits all users from participating in or encouraging doxxing on the platform.
Unauthorized Sharing of Intimate Images
AKgirls.cz maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards content depicting non-consensual intimate imagery. This includes sexual or pornographic images of individuals created and/or distributed without their consent.
Swatting
Swatting involves falsely reporting emergencies to law enforcement or emergency services (e.g., bomb threats, hostage situations, active shooter incidents). Swatting, encouraging others to engage in swatting, and/or promoting swatting in any form is extremely dangerous and strictly prohibited on AKgirls.cz.
Threats and Incitement to Violence
AKgirls.cz treats threats and incitement to violence or physical harm with the utmost seriousness. Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, organizing or sharing aspirational, conditional, or credible plans for violent acts; soliciting advice, advocating for, or endangering the safety of public or private individuals.
Exceptions to this rule include threats that are clearly figurative or humorous (e.g., "My brother forgot my birthday, I'm going to kill him!").
Spam
Spamming others or distributing unsolicited advertising materials is not permitted on AKgirls.cz.
Suicide and Self-Harm
The safety and well-being of the AKgirls.cz community is our top priority. Promotion, normalization, providing instructional advice, coordinating, or celebrating suicide, self-harm, or related actions is prohibited on AKgirls.cz. This rule includes images of someone engaging in the act, the aftermath of the act, and/or related equipment (e.g., razors, knives), as well as textual and audio works.
Hate Speech
While we welcome diverse perspectives and debates, AKgirls.cz does not tolerate hate speech. We define hate speech as serious attacks against an individual or group based on the following characteristics: social class, disability, ethnicity, gender identity, immigration status, national origin, race, religion, serious health conditions, gender, or sexual orientation. Illegal and Regulated Activities
The purpose of AKgirls.cz is not to facilitate or assist in raising funds for activities related to illegal or regulated activities or topics, such as those listed below.
Criminal Activity
Users involved in criminal activity, including but not limited to violent acts (e.g., murder, sexual violence or exploitation, assault, domestic violence, child or animal abuse), hate crimes, or cooperation with criminal organizations (e.g., drug cartels, gangs) are not allowed on AKgirls.cz. Individuals convicted of criminal activity who have served their sentence may use AKgirls.cz, as long as they do not share content providing others with instructions on how to participate in criminal activities.
Non-criminal violent acts, including consensual violence (e.g., BDSM, kink play, spanking, role-playing) are allowed on AKgirls.cz.
Cryptocurrency
AKgirls.cz is not designed to assist users in launching an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) or creating an investment scheme. Coins may not be offered as part of an investment system or for the purpose of direct financial gain. Users are also prohibited from offering discounts, coupons, or vouchers for cryptocurrency.
Financial Advice
Users are not allowed to offer financial advisory services on AKgirls.cz where they take over a member's personal finances. Content involving speculation about financial outcomes is permitted as long as no financial compensation is guaranteed.
Equity Ownership
Users are not allowed to offer ownership in a business or company as collateral through AKgirls.cz.
Multi-Level Marketing (MLM)
Building or facilitating multi-level marketing initiatives or offering MLM discounts or coupons is not allowed on AKgirls.cz.
Gambling
AKgirls.cz must not be used to provide or access gambling games or services (e.g., betting, lotteries, casino games, fantasy sports). Works in exchange for monetary value (e.g., cash, digital currencies, bitcoin) as an entry method are also not permitted. The only payment and official currency on AKgirls.cz are AK coins.
Military Funding
AKgirls.cz must not be used to finance the purchase of weapons (e.g., guns, rockets, armor) or other military activities for armed forces or groups actively involved in conflict. AKgirls.cz may be used to fund support for civilians affected by conflict (e.g., humanitarian or medical aid).
Political Funding
AKgirls.cz must not be used for the direct fundraising of political campaigns or related activities (e.g., Political Action Committees, political parties, candidates).
Weapons
Users are not allowed to sell or distribute bladed weapons (e.g., swords, daggers, knives, bayonets), firearms, explosives, ammunition, or related weapons on AKgirls.cz. They are also prohibited from offering discounts, promotions, coupons, or other incentives for purchasing or obtaining weapons, as well as creating instructional content related to weapon manufacturing (e.g., 3D-printed guns) or weapon modifications.
Published Content and Works
Community Guidelines for AK Girls by Categories
At AKgirls.cz, we focus on ensuring that the content shared by AK Girls on their profiles meets our standards and guidelines. These rules apply to all visible content on a model's profile, accessible to subscribers, including exclusive content that subscribers must pay for separately. However, any display of intimate areas beyond exposed breasts is prohibited. The profile picture is publicly visible, so it must adhere to certain rules. It cannot contain sexually explicit material or full nudity. If you wish to display your naked body or part of it in the profile picture, this is only allowed if the nipples and intimate areas are covered.
18+ (Full Nudity or Sexual and Erotic Content)
Explicit content featuring full nudity. Full nudity, including intimate areas, also erotic content is allowed. In this category, an AK Girl can share content from the GLAM and TOPLESS categories, as well as full nudity or erotic content. AK Girls in this category must comply with laws and regulations regarding viewer age, and their profile must be labeled as "18+" for adult content. The profile picture is publicly visible, so it must adhere to certain rules. It cannot contain sexually explicit material or full nudity. If you wish to display your naked body or part of it in the profile picture, this is only allowed if the nipples and intimate areas are covered.
This category also includes erotic content (pornography). Pornography is defined as a visual depiction of people (women, men) engaged in sexual activities such as intercourse, masturbation, oral sex, and the use of sex toys.
This includes:
- Depictions of sexual acts, including contact with genitals, mouths, or sex toys.
- Simulating oral sex or other sexual activities using fingers, mouths, tongues, or feet.
- Depictions of genital contact between people.
- Detailed depictions of human genitals, such as an erect penis or a wet vagina.
- Stimulation of the anus or genitals.
Consent of Other Individuals and Documentation of Consent
If creators upload 18+ content to AKgirls.cz that involves other individuals, they must ensure that all parties involved have provided informed and explicit consent. This means obtaining written consent that clearly confirms all participants are adults (18+) and agree to take part in photo shoots, filming, or other activities, and to have their content published. Payment processors require creators in the 18+ category to obtain written consent from the actual human participants visually depicted in their creative works.
If you wish to collaborate with other AK Girls who have an active and verified account on our platform, this consent is already provided by our platform. In this case, you only need to agree on the terms of cooperation between you, and no further contracts are necessary.
Safety of Minors
AKgirls.cz is committed to maintaining a safe platform for teenage users (15-18 years old), and these users do not have access to, nor can they publish, 18+ content.
Age Restrictions
AKgirls.cz is not intended for children, and our social network must not be used by individuals under the age of 15. You must also be old enough to consent to the processing of your personal data according to the laws of your country. Zero Tolerance Policy
AKgirls.cz has a zero-tolerance policy for any material related to child sexual abuse (CSAM) or other exploitative works depicting sexualized minors, regardless of how they were created. Exploitative behavior, including offering services or care that may lead to exploitation, is also prohibited. Any user of AKgirls.cz involved in the harm or exploitation of minors will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities.
Protective Tools
Creators on AKgirls.cz have access to a tool for dealing with unpleasant, rude, harmful, or toxic behavior – the "time-out" feature. If a creator encounters such behavior, they can block a subscriber for 24 hours, temporarily preventing further contact. After this period, the time-out will be automatically lifted, and the subscriber will regain the ability to communicate.
If the behavior persists, the time-out can be extended to 48 hours. If the inappropriate behavior continues even after this period, the creator can proceed with permanently blocking the user.
Violent and Graphic Content
This community deserves a pleasant environment free from disturbing depictions of suffering for the sake of shock value.
To protect AKgirls.cz users from shocking or disturbing imagery, violent or graphic works are not allowed, including the glorification of violence or suffering in the real world. This policy applies to works featuring real people as well as photorealistic representations of humans, regardless of how the works were created.
Prohibited Works Include, but Are Not Limited To:
- Glorification of Violence: Depictions, promotion, or celebration of violent acts or perpetrators. Examples include, but are not limited to, praise or sadistic remarks about violent or disturbing works, encouraging others to engage in or participate in violence, or showcasing footage of violent or fatal attacks.
- Abuse of People: Works that glorify the suffering or consequences of physical, emotional, psychological, or sexual harm to an individual or group, leading to suffering, pain, or death. Examples include, but are not limited to, depictions of body parts or fluids, burned bodies, footage captured during violent or fatal attacks, domestic or intimate partner violence, mass violence, or other forms of physical abuse or torture.
- Animal Abuse: Works that glorify the suffering or consequences of physical, emotional, psychological, or sexual harm to an animal or animals, leading to suffering, pain, or death. Examples include, but are not limited to, animal neglect, mistreatment, or cruelty, animal fighting, trade in livestock or animal parts, or depictions of animal slaughter outside of traditional or standard practices (e.g., food preparation, legal hunting).
