AKgirls.cz provides various services for different types of customers and providers. These services require different approaches to addressing potential copyright infringement:
AKgirls.cz provides a platform that connects creators and their subscribers to create a community focused on long-term and more personal interactions and building authentic relationships. Community members can engage in activities and/or create content outside of AKgirls.cz. This service does not involve the transmission of any creative material or links to creative content through the AKgirls.cz network or system; only payment, identification, and relationship data pass through our network.
We do not accept notices of alleged copyright infringement regarding materials or activities that are not stored, performed, or transmitted through our system or network, nor do we implement an account termination policy for repeat infringers in the case of subscribers or account holders accused of direct infringement outside our system or network.
AKgirls.cz also provides a platform that allows some creators and subscribers to upload materials to our system or network that will be accessible to other users. In other words, we provide a hosting service where materials are stored in our system or network based on instructions from our users. We accept notices of alleged copyright infringement regarding content stored in our system or network and implement a policy for terminating accounts of creators who are subject to repeated copyright infringements or other evidence indicating repeated infringement.
AKgirls.cz technology also allows our creators and subscribers to include links or other tools on their pages or posts that search for information stored in our system or network. With respect to these search tools in our network, we accept notices of alleged copyright infringement and implement an account termination policy for repeat infringers who are responsible for adding these tools to our system or network.
If you are a copyright owner or their authorized representative and believe that certain material stored in the AKgirls.cz system or network infringes your copyright, please send a notice of alleged copyright infringement using the contact form or by email to copyright@AKgirls.cz.
Please note that to facilitate dialogue that could help resolve these claims, we may forward information contained in your copyright infringement notice, including your name and contact information, to the AKgirls.cz user who is responsible for uploading the disputed material. If you are concerned about disclosing your information in this way, you may consider using a representative to submit the copyright infringement notice.
Trademark Policy
If you are a trademark owner or their authorized representative and believe that specific material stored in the AKgirls.cz system or network infringes your trademark, please send a notice of alleged trademark infringement through the contact form. Alternatively, you can send a complete notice by email to trademark@AKgirls.cz.
